* AT 632 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN 6 MILES EAST OF ELIZABETH.  RADAR INDICATES THAT 3 TO 4
  INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS THE AREA IN THE PAST FEW HOURS.
