THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHARLESTON HAS ISSUED A
* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
RITCHIE COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA...
* UNTIL 545 PM EDT...
* AT 336 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
RAIN OVER PULLMAN...OR ABOUT 7 MILES SOUTHEAST OF HARRISVILLE.
RADAR INDICATES ONE TO ONE AND A HALF INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN
THE PAST HOUR. ANOTHER ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN IS EXPECTED
THROUGH 430 PM. THIS WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS
AND STREAMS IN THE AREA.
