THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHARLESTON HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  HARRISON COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA...

* UNTIL 1115 PM EDT...

* AT 707 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN CROSSING OVER HARRISON COUNTY.  RADAR ESTIMATES THAT SOME
  LOCATIONS HAVE RECEIVED OVER ONE AND ONE HALF INCHES OF RAINFALL
  IN AN HOUR.  THIS IS ENOUGH RAINFALL TO PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING.

* SOME LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING AREA INCLUDE CLARKSBURG.
