KANAWHA COUNTY...

ALSO DURING THE OVERNIGHT HOURS...IN FAR NORTHWESTERN KANAWHA COUNTY
AN IMPOUNDMENT FOR A FISHING LAKE WAS DAMAGED DUE TO WATER
OVERTOPPING IT.  THIS LAKE IS LOCATED ON LIMESTONE BRANCH...OFF OF
FISHER BRANCH...FEEDING INTO THE ROCKY FORK. LIMESTONE BRANCH IS
LOCATED IN BETWEEN THE COMMUNITIES OF GUTHRIE AND ROCKY FORK.  THE
IMPOUNDMENT HAS BEEN DEEMED UNSAFE AND HAS THE POTENTIAL TO FAIL.
EVACUATIONS WERE COMPLETED ALONG FISHER BRANCH DURING THE OVERNIGHT
HOURS.  NO FURTHER EVACUATIONS WERE OCCURRING AS OF 7 AM.
