CONVECTION WAS DELAYED OVER WESTERN NV BY EARLY CLOUDY COVER.
THUNDERSTORMS HAVE DEVELOPED MAINLY OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN THIS
AFTERNOON TO THE SOUTH AND SPREADING NORTH.  HIGHER PRECIPITABLE
WATER SUGGESTS LOCAL HEAVY SHOWERS AND POSSIBLE HAIL OVER THE
SIERRA THIS AFTERNOON.  CONVECTIVE DEBRIS CLEARS SLOWLY OVERNIGHT.
WITH SOUTHERLY FLOW OVER ALL OF WRN NV WEDNESDAY...THE AIRMASS IS
UNSTABLE WITH A LITTLE HIGH RH FOR MAINLY SCATTERED WET SHOWERS
AND THUNDERSTORMS.  BY THURSDAY A TROUGH APPROACHES THE PACIFIC
NORTHWEST WHICH BRINGS SOUTHWEST WINDS TO NRN CA AND NW NEVADA.
THUS A CHANCE OF DIURNAL THUNDERSTORMS SHOULD END A LITTLE EARLIER
IN THE EVENING NORTHWEST NEVADA WHILE PROVIDING SOME CONVERGENCE
FOCUS FURTHER EAST OVER WRN NEVADA.  TEMPERATURES ARE HELD A LITTLE
BELOW AIRMASS POTENTIAL BY AFTERNOON CLOUDS AND LOCAL SHOWERS.

OVER THE 3-5 DAY PERIOD A DRIER SW FLOW DEVELOPS WITH A TROUGH NEAR
THE WEST COAST.  THE RISK OF THUNDERSTORMS GRADUALLY SHIFTS EAST AND
THE AREA SHOULD BE ENTIRELY DRY BUT BREEZY AND A LITTLE COOLER BY
