* UNTIL 8 PM EDT

* AT 635 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY
  HEAVY RAIN OVER WAYNE COUNTY. RADAR ESTIMATES APPROACHING 3 INCHES
  SINCE 430 PM IN THE SEVEN SPRINGS AREA.

* THE GROUND HAS ALREADY BEEN SATURATED BY RECENT RAINFALL IN THE
