THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN RALEIGH HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHEAST GUILFORD COUNTY IN NORTH CAROLINA

* UNTIL 845 PM EDT

* AT 642 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER THE WARNED AREA.

* SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL.
BETWEEN 2 AND 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN SINCE 530 PM AND
ANOTHER 1 TO 2 INCHES MAY FALL THROUGH 730 PM.

SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS WILL RAPIDLY FLOOD...POSSIBLY WASHING OUT
ROADS AND FLOODING, NEARBY LOW AREAS. DO NOT DRIVE WHERE WATER COVERS
THE ROAD. THE CURRENT WILL LIKELY BE VERY SWIFT WITH ENOUGH FORCE TO
SWEEP YOUR CAR AWAY. KEEP CHILDREN AWAY FROM RAIN-SWOLLEN CREEKS AND
STORM DRAINS.
