* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHEASTERN RIVERSIDE COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN CALIFORNIA

* UNTIL 900 PM PDT (900 PM MST)

* AT 645 PM MST... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN 5 TO 15 MILES WEST OF BLYTHE
  ALONG INTERSTATE 10...THEY WERE NEARLY STATIONARY.

* STRONG THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE PALEN AND MCCOY MOUNTAINS NORTH
  OF INTERSTATE 10 HAVE PRODUCED UP TO TWO AND ONE HALF INCHES OF
  RAIN SINCE 530 PM. THE HEAVY RAIN AND ASSOCIATED RUNOFF MAY CAUSE
  FLOODING OF WASHES AND LOW LYING AREAS...AS WELL AS PORTIONS OF
  INTERSTATE 10 WEST OF BLYTHE.
