THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  LEHIGH COUNTY IN EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA

* UNTIL 1000 AM EST.

* AT 330 AM EST...FLOODING WAS REPORTED ALONG THE LITTLE LEHIGH
RIVER AND CEDAR CREEK IN LEHIGH COUNTY.  RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF ONE TO
TWO INCHES WERE COMMON IN THE COUNTY SINCE TUESDAY AFTERNOON.

THE RAIN SHOULD CONTINUE TO TAPER OFF TO SCATTERED AREAS OF LIGHT
RAIN AND DRIZZLE EARLY THIS MORNING.  HOWEVER...SOME RESIDUAL MINOR
FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO PERSIST INTO MID MORNING.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING.  DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH FLOOD WATERS.  THE WATER
MAY BE DEEPER THAN YOU THINK.
