...FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR EASTERN MONMOUTH COUNTY UNTIL 1100 AM...

AT 900 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR ESTIMATED THAT TWO TO
THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN PARTS OF EASTERN MONMOUTH COUNTY
SINCE EARLY THIS MORNING.

MONMOUTH COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT REPORTED FLOODING IN NEPTUNE.

THE HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE OFF OF THE COAST.  HOWEVER...THE
THREAT OF FLOODING WILL CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT HOUR OR TWO.

DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH FLOOD WATERS.  THE WATER MAY BE DEEPER THAN YOU
THINK IT IS.
