THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PADUCAH HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  MASSAC COUNTY IN SOUTHERN ILLINOIS
  MCCRACKEN COUNTY IN WESTERN KENTUCKY

* UNTIL 515 PM CST

* AT 215 PM CST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS 
MOVING INTO MCCRACKEN AND MASSAC COUNTIES. THESE STORMS COULD 
PRODUCE 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS. MOST 
AREAS OF THESE COUNTIES HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED 3 TO 5 INCHES IN THE 
PAST 24 HOURS. MCCRACKEN COUNTY DES REPORTED THAT IF ANY ADDITIONAL 
RAIN MOVES IN...SERIOUS FLOODING MAY RESULT.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE 
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS 
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
