* TORNADO WARNING FOR...
  HARPER COUNTY IN NORTHWEST OKLAHOMA

* UNTIL 945 PM CST

* AT 911 PM CST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
  CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THE MOST DANGEROUS PORTION OF THE
  STORM WAS LOCATED 6 MILES SOUTHWEST OF BUFFALO...MOVING NORTHEAST
  AT 30 MPH.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUFFALO AND SELMAN

ANY TORNADOES WITH THIS STORM WILL BE DIFFICULT TO SEE AT NIGHT... 
AND MAY BE OBSCURED BY RAIN. LARGE HAIL UP TO BASEBALL SIZE ALSO 
WILL ACCOMPANY THIS STORM.
