* AT 806 PM CST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THE MOST DANGEROUS PART OF THE STORM 
WAS 13 MILES SOUTHWEST OF CATESBY...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH. AT 
756 PM SPOTTERS REPORTED A TORNADO 12 MILES EAST OF LIPSCOMB TEXAS.
