THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NORMAN HAS ISSUED A

* TORNADO WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHEAST ARCHER COUNTY IN NORTHERN TEXAS

* UNTIL 230 PM CDT

* AT 155 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
  CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THE MOST DANGEROUS PORTION OF THE
  STORM WAS LOCATED 8 MILES SOUTH OF WINDTHORST...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT
  15TO 20 MPH.  DOPPLER RADAR ALSO INDICATED THAT THIS STORM COULD 
  PRODUCE HAIL UP TO THE SIZE OF BASEBALLS...OR LARGER.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE RURAL AREAS OF SOUTHEAST ARCHER 
COUNTY...EAST OF HIGHWAY 79.
