  SOUTHERN ELLIS COUNTY IN NORTHWEST OKLAHOMA
  NORTHERN ROGER MILLS COUNTY IN WESTERN OKLAHOMA

* AT 1113 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES THAT 3 TO 5 INCHES OF
RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS SOUTHERN ELLIS...NORTHERN ROGER MILLS AND
WESTERN DEWEY COUNTIES OVER THE PAST COUPLE OF HOURS. ADDITIONAL
THUNDERSTORMS CONTAINING HEAVY RAINFALL WILL BE MOVING ACROSS THE
SAME AREAS OVER THE NEXT FEW HOURS.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE ANGORA...CAMARGO...CESTOS...
  CRAWFORD...DURHAM...LEEDEY...PUTNAM...ROLL AND VICI

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. MOVE TO
HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT DRIVE VEHICLES INTO
