  IN SOUTHEASTERN NEW YORK STATE...
     NEW YORK (MANHATTAN)...

* UNTIL 615 PM EDT...

* AT 319 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN WERE BUILDING INTO MIDTOWN.
  RAINFALL RATES ACROSS THE WARNED AREA WILL INCREASE TO 1 TO 2
  INCHES PER HOUR...CAUSING STREET FLOODING.

* SOME FLOOD PRONE LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING AREA INCLUDE...
