* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...

  IN SOUTHEASTERN NEW YORK STATE...
     QUEENS...

* UNTIL 515 PM EDT...

* AT 212 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER THE WARNED AREA.
  RAINFALL RATES WITH THESE STORMS ARE BETWEEN 1 AND 2 INCHES PER
  HOUR.

* SOME OF THE FLOOD PRONE HIGHWAYS AND ROADS IN THE WARNED AREA
  INCLUDE...THE CROSS ISLAND PARKWAY AND THE LONG ISLAND
