* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...

  IN NORTHEASTERN NEW JERSEY...
     ESSEX...
     HUDSON...

* UNTIL 530 PM EDT...

* AT 230 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER THE WARNED AREA.  RAINFALL
  RATES OF NEARLY 2 INCHES PER HOUR ARE ACCOMPANYING THESE STORMS.

* SOME OF THE FLOOD PRONE HIGHWAYS AND ROADS IN THE WARNED AREA
  INCLUDE...AREAS ALONG INTERSTATE 280 FROM WEST ORANGE TO HARRISON
  AND KEARNEY.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
