* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...

  IN SOUTHEASTERN NEW YORK STATE...
     SOUTHERN QUEENS...

* UNTIL 900 AM EDT...

* AT 612 AM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER THE ROCKAWAYS.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF
STREETS AND UNDERPASSES.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED. MOVE TO
