VAN BUREN COUNTY IN TENNESSEE THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF SPENCER EAST CENTRAL WARREN COUNTY IN TENNESSEE SOUTHEASTERN WHITE COUNTY IN TENNESSEE * UNTIL 1230 AM CST * AT 915 PM CST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER PARTS OF EASTERN WARREN COUNTY MUCH OF VAN BUREN COUNTY AND PARTS OF SOUTHEASTERN WHITE COUNTY.
