  THAN 2 INCHES OF RAINFALL HAS OCURRED OVER SOUTHEAST LAWERENCE
  COUNTY IN THE PAST HOUR. THE HEAVIEST RAIN FELL ALONG AND
  SOUTHEAST OF HIGHWAY 43 IN THE LEOMA...FALL RIVER...FIVE
  POINTS AREA.
