DAKOTA COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA * UNTIL 300 AM CDT * AT 1158 PM CDT...ONE BATCH OF STORMS WITH TORRENTIAL RAIN HAD ALREADY MOVED ACROSS NORTHERN DAKOTA COUNTY...AND ANOTHER LINE OF STORMS HAD BEGUN MOVING INTO BURNSVILLE...EAGAN AND INVER GROVE HEIGHTS AND OTHER SUBURBS OF DAKOTA COUNTY. RAINFALL OF FOUR OR FIVE INCHES IS POSSIBLE. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS SWIFTLY FLOWING WATERS OR WATERS OF UNKNOWN DEPTH BY FOOT OR BY AUTOMOBILE.
