HENNEPIN COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA RAMSEY COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA WASHINGTON COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA * UNTIL 200 AM CDT * AT 1058 PM CDT...TORRENTIAL RAIN CONTINUED ACROSS A GOOD SHARE OF THE TWIN CITIES METRO. THE RAIN EXTENDED FROM THE SOUTHWEST SUBURBS... ACROSS MINNEAPOLIS AND ST PAUL...TO JUST NORTH OF STILLWATER. ONE UNOFFICIAL REPORT OF FOUR INCHES OF RAIN WAS RECEIVED FROM WHITE BEAR LAKE.
