* AT 510 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY 
RAIN IS EXPANDING WEST AND NORTH ACROSS SOUTHERN COVINGTON COUNTY... 
MOVING NORTH AT 15 MPH.

* LOCATIONS AFFECTED IN THE WARNED AREA INCLUDE LOCKHART...WING AND 
WATKINS BRIDGE.  FIVE RUNS CREEK...THE YELLOW RIVER...AND SMALLER 
RIVERS OR CREEKS IN THE AREA...WILL BE AFFECTED AS WELL.
