* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  COLUMBIA COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN
  IOWA COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN
  WASHINGTON COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN
  DODGE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN
  OZAUKEE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN

* AT 835 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THAT ALL OF SOUTHCENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN WILL EXPERIENCE
  SEVERAL ROUNDS OF VERY HEAVY RAINS TONIGHT.

  OF RAINFALL FELL THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING THROUGH 830 PM CDT
  ACROSS SAUK...COLUMBIA...AND DODGE COUNTIES. OTHER COUNTIES HAVE
  RECEIVED 1 INCH AMOUNTS OR THE SOIL IS ALREADY SATURATED.

THIS RAIN...AND THE ADDITIONAL 2 TO 4 INCHES EXPECTED WILL CAUSE
LOCAL STREAMS AND RIVERS ACROSS SOUTHCENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN
TO RISE RAPIDLY AND OVERFLOW THEIR BANKS.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
