THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SULLIVAN HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  GREEN COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN

* UNTIL 115 PM CDT

* AT 919 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN WAS OCCURRING OVER MUCH OF THE WARNING AREA.

* WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES ARE THAT ONE AND ONE HALF
  INCHES OF RAINFALL FELL BETWEEN 815 AM CDT AND 915 AM CDT.
  THIS RAIN AND ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF 1 INCH BY 1015 AM CDT...WILL
  CAUSE LOCAL STREAMS AND RIVERS TO RISE RAPIDLY AND OVERFLOW THEIR
  BANKS.
