THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SULLIVAN HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  LAFAYETTE COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN

* UNTIL 115 PM CDT

* AT 908 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN WAS OCCURRING OVER MUCH OF THE WARNING AREA.

* WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES ARE THAT ONE AND ONE HALF
  TO TWO INCHES OF RAINFALL FELL FROM 730 AM CDT TO 9 AM CDT. THIS
  RAIN WILL CAUSE LOCAL STREAMS AND RIVERS TO RISE RAPIDLY AND
  OVERFLOW THEIR BANKS.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND QUICKLY. DO NOT
ATTEMPT TO CROSS SWIFTLY FLOWING WATERS OR WATERS OF UNKNOWN DEPTH BY
FOOT OR BY AUTOMOBILE. IF YOUR VEHICLE STALLS...ABANDON IT
IMMEDIATELY AND SEEK HIGHER GROUND. KEEP CHILDREN FROM PLAYING IN
FLOODED CULVERTS. THE RAPIDLY FLOWING WATER CAN QUICKLY CARRY THEM
