LOVING COUNTY IN TEXAS * UNTIL 315 AM CDT * AT 932 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN 5 MILES SOUTHEAST OF RED BLUFF LAKE...MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH. * SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED BY THIS FLASH FLOOD WARNING INCLUDE... RED BLUFF LAKE...AND FARM TO MARKET ROAD 652. THUNDERSTORMS HAVE CONTINUED TO REDEVELOP OVER WESTERN PORTIONS OF LOVING COUNTY NEAR AND JUST SOUTHEAST OF RED BLUFF LAKE. RADAR ESTIMATED UP TO 5 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN IN THIS AREA DURING THE EVENING. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL ONLY MAKE FLOODING IN THIS AREA WORSE. MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO AVOID FARM TO MARKET ROAD 652 TONIGHT. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING. IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
