* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CENTRAL PECOS COUNTY IN TEXAS

* UNTIL 10 PM CDT

* AT 715 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A  
  THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER CENTRAL PECOS COUNTY...
  OR ABOUT 10 TO 15 MILES SOUTHEAST OF FORT STOCKTON...WITH LITTLE 
  MOVEMENT NOTED.

THE GROUND IN THIS AREA IS ALREADY SATURATED FROM PREVIOUS RAINS.
THIS ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL ONLY MAKE MATTERS WORSE.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...LOW WATER CROSSINGS...AND NORMALLY DRY WASHES.
