EASTERN PECOS COUNTY IN TEXAS TERRELL COUNTY IN TEXAS * UNTIL 115 AM CDT * AT 917 PM CDT...A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER REPORTED WATER OVER THE ROADWAY ON UNITED STATES ROUTE 285...20 MILES NORTH OF SANDERSON IN EASTERN PECOS COUNTY. AT 915 PM CDT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS...PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL...FROM SHEFFIELD SOUTHWEST TO THE TERRELL GAS PLANT TO SANDERSON. * SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED BY THIS FLASH FLOOD WARNING INCLUDE...
