A CLUSTER OF STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPED ACROSS KANSAS AND OKLAHOMA DURING THE LATE AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING HOURS. A SECOND CLUSTER ALSO DEVELOPED ACROSS THE TEXAS PANHANDLE LATE THIS AFTERNOON.
