NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM NORTHWEST OF
BROWNFIELD TO ROPESVILLE TO LUBBOCK TO CROSBYTON. THE STORMS WILL
MOVE NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH. THIS ACTIVITY WILL MOVE ACROSS AREAS
THAT HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED RAIN AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 3 INCHES. AN
ADDITIONAL 1 TO 3 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THIS ACTIVITY
THROUGH 2 AM.
* BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE

ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED
QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
