NORTHERN TERRY COUNTY IN NORTHWEST TEXAS
* UNTIL 1100 PM CDT
* AT 855 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER NORTHERN TERRY
COUNTY...MOST OF HOCKLEY AND LUBBOCK COUNTIES. THE STORMS WILL
MOVE SLOWLY NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF
1 TO 2 INCHES CAN BE EXPECTED WITH ISOLATED AMOUNTS UP TO 3
INCHES POSSIBLE THROUGH 11 PM.
FIRE DEPARTMENT IN MEADOW REPORTED HIGHWAY 62/82 FLOODED IN MEADOW
AND 3 INCHES OF RAIN IN THE PAST HOUR AND HALF. LOW LYING AREAS
AND STREETS PRONE TO FLOODING WILL BE POSSIBLE AS THIS STORM
ACTIVITY MOVES THROUGH THE LUBBOCK AND LEVELLAND AREAS.
