THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LOUISVILLE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SCOTT COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KENTUCKY

* UNTIL 600 PM EST

* AT 400 PM EST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED        
  HEAVY RAIN OVER MUCH OF SCOTT COUNTY. RADAR HAS ESTIMATED THAT   
  BETWEEN 2 AND 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN SO FAR TODAY IN
  SCOTT COUNTY. MORE HEAVY RAIN IS LIKELY THROUGH 5 PM...BEFORE
  DIMINISHING TOWARD EARLY EVENING. THE ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN
  WILL LIKELY SEND CREEKS AND STREAMS OUT OF THEIR BANKS...AND
  CAUSE SOME ROADS TO BECOME IMPASSIBLE.   

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
