HARRISON COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KENTUCKY SCOTT COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KENTUCKY * UNTIL 830 PM EST * AT 555 PM EST... WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED ANOTHER AREA OF HEAVY RAIN MOVING NORTH...OUT OF SOUTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY. THIS HEAVY RAIN SHOULD OVERSPREAD SCOTT AND HARRISON COUNTIES BETWEEN 6 AND 7 PM. RADAR HAS ESTIMATED THAT BETWEEN 3 AND 5 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN TODAY IN SCOTT AND HARRISON COUNTIES. THE NEW HEAVY RAIN...WITH AMOUNTS OF AN INCH OR TWO...WILL ONLY AGGREVATE THE CURRENT SITUATION. CREEKS AND STREAMS ARE LIKELY TO GO OUT OF THEIR BANKS IN PLACES.
