  THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...DIAMOND VALLEY...EUREKA...EUREKA
  AIRPORT

* UNTIL 415 PM PDT

* AT 114 PM PDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN 16 MILES SOUTHWEST OF EUREKA...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH.

* THE THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL ARE MOVING VERY SLOWLY
AND WILL CONTINUE TO REDEVELOP OVER SOUTHERN EUREKA COUNTY THROUGH
THE AFTERNOON.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THESE STORMS WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
