THE LCH MORNING SOUNDING SHOWS A MOIST AIR COLUMN...WITH PCPTBL WATER
VALUES APPROACHING 2 INCHES. ALTHOUGH THE LEVEL-OF-FREE CONVECTION
(LFC) IS RATHER HIGH (ABOUT 6500 FT)...THE MESO-ETA MODEL DEPICTS A
LOWERING LFC BY THE EVENING HOURS.

I RAISED THE POPS ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL AND CENTRAL LOUISIANA FOR THE
FIRST PERIOD. I WILL KEEP THE SEVERE WORDING...THE MESO-ETA MODEL
SHOWS A HIGH DOWNDRAFT POTENTIAL. I INCREASE THE POPS ACROSS
SOUTHEAST TEXAS AND SOUTHWEST LOUISIANA FOR THE SECOND PERIOD.
