THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN JACKSON KY HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BATH COUNTY IN KENTUCKY
  FLEMING COUNTY IN KENTUCKY
  ROWAN COUNTY IN KENTUCKY
  
* UNTIL 100 AM EST

* AT 700 PM EST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN 3 MILES NORTH OF BETHEL...OR ABOUT 12 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
  FLEMINGSBURG...MOVING EAST AT 60 MPH.

* THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE ACROSS         
  THE WARNED AREA THROUGH AT LEAST 1 AM. 

* ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS BETWEEN 7 PM AND 1 AM COULD BE OVER 3  
  INCHES IN SOME LOCATIONS. MANY ROADS IN FLEMING COUNTY ARE
  REPORTED TO BE FLOODED AND IMPASSABLE.

RESIDENTS LIVING ALONG STREAMS AND CREEKS SHOULD TAKE IMMEDIATE 
PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT LIFE AND PROPERTY. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS 
SWIFTLY FLOWING WATERS OR WATERS OF UNKNOWN DEPTH BY FOOT OR BY 
AUTOMOBILE. REMEMBER IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE DANGERS OF 
FLOODING AT NIGHT.
