* AT 753 AM CST...CLEVELAND POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORTED FLASH
  FLOODING IN BOLIVAR COUNTY. ONE HOME HAD WATER IN IT...AND SEVERAL
  CARS WERE STUCK IN IMPASSABLE ROADS.

MOST DEATHS IN FLASH FLOODING OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO
