THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LINCOLN HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  COLES COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL ILLINOIS

* UNTIL 630 AM CDT

* AT 326 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  HEAVY RAINS CONTINUING FROM MATTOON TO ASHMORE. RAINFALL ESTIMATES
  IN THESE AREA SUGGEST 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN SINCE MIDNIGHT.
  ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WERE OCCURRING IN AREAS WEST OF
  COLES COUNTY WITH HEAVY RAINFALL LIKELY WITH THESE STORMS AS WELL AS
  THEY MOVE ACROSS THE COUNTY OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS.
