THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LINCOLN HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SHELBY COUNTY IN CENTRAL ILLINOIS

* UNTIL 500 AM CDT

* AT 200 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  HEAVY RAINS CONTINUING ALONG AND NORTH OF A TOWER HILL TO WINDSOR
  LINE. NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RAINFALL ESTIMATES
  INDICATED FROM ONE HALF TO LOCALLY ONE INCH ADDITIONAL RAINFALL HAS
  FALLEN SINCE 11 PM CDT WEDNESDAY EVENING. ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND
  THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING INTO PARTS OF CENTRAL ILLINOIS AND THIS
  WILL ONLY AGGREVATE THE FLOODING SITUATION OVER SHELBY COUNTY
  THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING HOURS.
