LABETTE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST KANSAS MONTGOMERY COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST KANSAS * UNTIL 745 AM CDT. * AT 337 AM CDT LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED FLOODING OF CREEKS AND SOME STREETS IN COFFEYVILLE. DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES THAT TWO TO FOUR INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS MUCH OF MONTGOMERY AND LABETTE COUNTIES SINCE LATE MONDAY EVENING. ANOTHER LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL BRING AND ADDITIONAL ONE-HALF TO THREE-QUARTERS OF AN INCH OF RAIN...WHICH WILL ONLY WORSEN CURRENT FLOODING PROBLEMS.
