* FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  KINGMAN COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS

* UNTIL 945 PM CST.

* AT 537 PM CST LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED FLOODING WAS 
OCCURRING ON SMOOTHS CREEK. NORTHEAST 10TH STREET...WHERE IT CROSSED 
THE CREEK EAST OF MIDWAY...OR ABOUT 25 MILES WEST OF WICHITA...WAS 
IMPASSABLE AND HAS BEEN BARRICADED. 

A FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT. 
MOST FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS
