ALLEN COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST KANSAS * UNTIL 1000 AM CDT * AT 701 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAINFALL HAD OCCURRED OVER PORTIONS OF ALLEN COUNTY. RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS IN EXCESS OF 4 INCHES WERE COMMON. THE RAIN IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT 2 TO 3 HOURS.
