BUTLER COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS SEDGWICK COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS * UNTIL 315 AM CDT * AT 1218 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WAS OCCURRING ACROSS MUCH OF THE WICHITA METROPOLITAN AREA. THREE TO FOUR INCHES OF RAINFALL ARE LIKELY IN ONE HOUR! BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT...WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED...
