* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EASTERN RUTHERFORD COUNTY IN WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA

* UNTIL 230 AM EDT

* AT 1225 AM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN AROUND ELLENBORO AND FOREST CITY.  THIS HAS BEEN OCCURING IN  
  ADDITION TO HEAVY RAIN WHICH HAS BEEN FALLING SINCE 10 PM.  RADAR  
  AND SATELLITE ESTIMATES OF 1.5 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN WERE SHOWN      
  AROUND THE WARNED AREA.  SOME ROADWAY FLOODING HAS ALREADY BEEN    
  REPORTED BY COUNTY OFFICIALS...AROUND FOREST CITY.

* ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN WILL MOVE IN FROM THE SOUTH UNTIL ABOUT 130  
  AM...WITH EVEN MORE HEAVY RAIN POSSIBLE LATER TONIGHT.  THE FLASH  
  FLOOD WARNING MAY BE EXTENDED PAST 230 AM.
