  RAIN OVER WESTERN DALLAS COUNTY.  OTHER THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY
  RAIN OVER TARRANT COUNTY WILL MOVE SLOWLY EAST ACROSS DALLAS COUNTY
  THROUGH 800 PM.
