CLAY COUNTY IN NORTHWEST IOWA * UNTIL 1115 PM CDT * AT 1028 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO 8 MILES NORTHWEST OF FOSTORIA...OR ABOUT 12 MILES NORTHWEST OF SPENCER...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH. * THE TORNADO WILL BE NEAR...
