SOUTHERN O'BRIEN COUNTY IN NORTHWEST IOWA * UNTIL 1145 PM CDT * AT 1118 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 5 MILES NORTHWEST OF SUTHERLAND...OR ABOUT 22 MILES SOUTHWEST OF SPENCER...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH. * THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
