* URBAN FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  YANKTON COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA

* UNTIL 500 AM CDT

* AT 327 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WERE PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER THE WARNED
  AREA.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM...COUPLED WITH RAINS FROM EARLIER 
THUNDERSTORMS THIS EVENING...WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND 
STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES.
